Explore the beauty of Izmir with Izair, the ultimate resort for a luxury travel. 70 years earlier, before the establishment of the Izair, Izmir was not a familiar name in the world of tourism industry. To promote and to harness the natural beauty of the country, it was necessary for appropriate conveyance facilities that could promise of a comfortable journey to the city. This holistic idea was materialized in the year 2005, with the establishment of the Izair.
The main hub of the Izair is Adnan Menderes Airport. Izair proved to be something more than expected in the world of aviation industry in Cyprus. It boasted of qualitative facilities and elegant hospitality onboard as well in the terminus. Providing both business and economy class, Izair stood out to be the best 'Networkers' Airline', as conceptualized by Landor (a multinational company specializing in brand creation and promotion).

It was with the aid of Landor that the whole mission of creating an airline that could provide unbeatable but cheaper services was possible. Founded by a group of businessmen in Izmir, the chief purpose of the establishment of Izair was to promote the city as a business hub. Izair was previously known by the name of Izmir Hava Yollari. It began operating in the year 2006.
