LagunAir Líneas Aéreas, generally known as LagunAir is a regional low cost air carrier based in Leon, Spain. Founded in September, 2003 this airline had to stop all operations during January and February 2005 due to severe technical difficulties. However, it resumed operations in March 2005 and now operates a fleet of 4 aircrafts to more than 13 destinations.

Flight Rules
AirAsia fleet consists of Airbus A320-200 airplanes and Boeing 737-300 airplanes.
- It is not possible to change paper ticket to electronic format, but electronic ticket can be changed to a paper ticket
- The passenger must arrive at the airport at least one hour before the schedule departure
- The passenger will not receive any refund in case boarding is refused to him for not presenting requisite / defunct documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificate)
- Ttobacco consumption is prohibited in all the domestic airlines .
- Minors cannot travel in Lagunair if they are not accompanied by an adult.
In-flight special services are provided to:
- Disabled Travelers
- Pregnant women
- Blind People
- Pets (i.e. Dogs with muzzle and record of vaccinations)
