Bookings and Reservations
Northwest Airlines reservations can be made online. Flight reservations can be changed after confirmation of bookings has been done. On cancellation of bookings, the customers are entitled to ticket refunds. The customers can also have electronic credit vouchers.
Notifications of the Northwest Airlines flight status are sent to the customers via e-mail. This will include information about the departure and arrival of the flights.
